Great location by the river and easy access to transportation. Rooms were clean and well-equipped with fans and beautiful views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The temperature in the rooms was unbearable during hot summer months, as there was no air conditioning and additional fans were not always available.

In the evening we visited Fox Connaught it was nearby. Stuff where friendly and we loved our stay.

Affordable hotel in a great location. Easy to find and parking was good value. The breakfast buffet was pleasant enough and had a variety of food options. The room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. Ideal for travellers who are just there to sleep between busy days and don't need any frills. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Checking in can take a while and the party in the room next door kept us up all night. Some amenities like ironing boards and hairdryers aren't automatically available in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near London City Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers flying in or out of the city. the proximity to the airport allows for easy access to transportation, whether it be changing to the underground or catching a taxi. the hotel is situated adjacent to the airport runway, providing guests with a unique view of the planes taking off and landing.

The lack of staff interest and service at the hotel can be disappointing , as it takes away from the overall experience of a stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the DLR stop. The value for money was excellent, with rooms for less than £50 including breakfast. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially the manager and Sammy who went out of their way to make our stay special. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice view and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, like the kettle for making tea.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
